Jessica L. Leischner

Ms. Leischner is an associate practicing in all areas of family law including divorce, equitable distribution, settlement agreements, spousal support, custody, visitation, child support, and post-divorce issues. She also serves as Guardian at litem representing children in custody and abuse and neglect cases. She practices in the Circuit Courts and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts of Loudoun, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington & other jurisdictions.

Community Service:

Ms. Leischner regularly volunteers as a pro bono attorney with Legal Services of Norther Virginia (LSNV). She represents low-income clients in domestic violence cases, divorces, custody disputes, and support cases. She is also an active member of Alexandria Bar Associations' Young Lawyers, where she mentors youth recipients of Beat the Odds Scholarships, as they continue their higher education.
