Ms. Lieblich is the senior partner in the firm and an AV rated attorney. She has been practicing domestic relations law for over 35 years and has litigated in all areas of domestic relations and family law. She appears routinely in Circuit and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Courts of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun & Prince William Counties and the City of Alexandria. She argues before the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia. She also an experienced mediator.
Ms. Lieblich litigates cases at all levels, negotiates and writes settlement agreements and guides clients toward effective resolution of their situations. She has been named one of the top “Forty Friendly Attorneys” for domestic relations in the Washington area by Washingtonian magazine, listed in the 2006-2009 editions of "The Best Lawyers in America" and repeatedly named one of Virginia's Super Lawyers for 2007-2009.
Ms. Lieblich is a fellow of the American and International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is currently President of the Virginia Chapter of the AAML. She founded and chaired the AAML's Virginia Chapter's annual writing competition. She is a frequent lecturer throughout Virginia on domestic relations topics and presents the annual domestic relations updates at Virginia State Bar Conventions. Ms. Lieblich initiated the Fairfax Bar Association's Conciliation Program, and continues to serve actively as a conciliator.

Carolyn M. Grimes

Ms. Grimes is the managing partner in the firm, practicing in all areas of family law including divorce, support, child custody, equitable distribution, retirement issues, prenuptial agreements, among other areas. She practices in all of the Circuit and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts in Northern Virginia and has argued before the Court of Appeals. She has lectured on family law topics ranging from custody to retirement issues for various organizations in the Commonwealth. In addition to traditional litigation, Ms. Grimes practices law in the collaborative law model.
Ms. Grimes is also the 2009 and 2006 President of the Board of Directors for Legal Services of Northern Virginia (LSNV), and has served on its Board for many years and has performed many hours of pro bono work for the organization. She is a Past President of the Alexandria Bar Association, for which she has co-chaired the Pro Bono and Community Service Committee and chaired the “Beat the Odds” Program, a scholarship program for youths who have overcome adversity. She also participated in the American Bar Association program offering legal assistance to victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks.

Ms. Ross is an associate practicing in all areas of family law including divorce, equitable distribution, settlement agreements, custody, support, and post-divorce issues. She also serves as a Guardian ad litem representing children in custody and abuse and neglect cases. She practices in the Circuit Courts and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts of Loudoun, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington & other jurisdictions.

Admitted to Virginia Bar, January 2003. She currently serves on the
Law Camp committee of the Loudoun Bar Association.

Community Service:
Ms. Ross is a volunteer pro bono attorney for Legal Services of Northern Virginia (LSNV). Through the Loudoun County Bar Association, Ms. Ross mentors high school students participating in a Law Camp program. Ms. Ross has been certified as a Virginia Bar Association Community Servant and has been recently appointed as a member of the Special Committee on Lawyer Referral for the 2009-2010 bar year. She is also an active member of the Junior League of Northern Virginia where she is the 2009/2010 Chair of the Children's Science Center Partnership Committee, and serves as a Children's Science Center Board member. Ms. Ross has been certified as a Virginia Bar Association Community Servant.

She also serves as Guardian at litem respresenting children in custody and abuse and neglect cases. She practices in the Circuit Courts and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts of Loudoun, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington & other jurisdictions.

Community Service:
Ms. Leischner regularly volunteers as a pro bono attorney with Legal Services of Norther Virginia (LSNV). She represents low-income clients in domestic violence cases, divorces, custody disputes, and support cases. She is also an active member of Alexandria Bar Associations' Young Lawyers, where she mentors youth recipients of Beat the Odds Scholarships, as they continue their higher education.
